AuxComm Coordinator (AC)
Responsible for all AUXCOMM activity in Humboldt County Operational Area. Using ICS as model, oversee DAC(s). The AC may have as many ADCs as required to effectively manage the AUXCOMM unit.

AuxComm Deputy Coordinator (ADC) - Operations
Responsible for specific, pre-determined operational assignments during drills or actual emergency situations. Examples include Net Control Station or Net Liaison for a specific AuxComm net; manage operation of a specified AuxComm VHF or HF, or point-to point link; operate station at a specified emergency management office, American Red Cross shelter, or other operational area partner.
- Net Manager for specific AUXCOMM nets
- Coordinator for AUXCOMM activities on a specific band
- ADC for packet radio/PBBS and/or digital modes
- Assembly point coordinator
- Operational assistant to AC during emergency incidents or planned events
- Coordinator for subdivision of AC area

AuxComm Deputy Coordinator (ADC) - Administration (Planning)
- Responsible for specific, pre-determined administrative tasks as assigned in the initial appointment commitment by the presiding ARES official. Examples include recruitment of AuxComm members; liaison with Public Information Officer to coordinate public information for the media; AuxComm registration database management; equipment inventory; training; reporting, and post-event analysis.

AuxComm Deputy Coordinator (ADC) - Liaison to OES (PIO)
- Responsible for specific, pre-determined liaison responsibilities as assigned by the presiding AC. Examples include maintaining contact with assigned served agencies; maintaining liaison with specified NTS nets; maintaining liaison with OES/AuxComm officials in adjacent counties.

Responsible for specific, pre-determined logistical functions as assigned. Examples include: AuxComm resource management and maintenance.
